A lifelong resident of the area and an
agent since 2001, Bill serves Elkhart
and St. Joseph, IN Counties. He was the
American Society of Quality Control
Inspector of the Year 1991 for South
Bend/ Mishawaka/Elkhart. Bill serves on
the Education & Scholarship Committee
for South Bend MLS and specializes in
Industrial properties.
Joe has 13 years of experience as a
Commercial Real Estate broker. Joe specializes
in creative redevelopment in both the Retail and
Brownfield's industrial sector. He has
consistently been a Top Ten Producer in the
Prudential One Realty Commercial Division with
an average of 40 transactions per year for the
last ten years.
Steve grew up in the Michiana area,
graduated from Edwardsburg High School
and earned a Bachelor Degree in Business
from the University of Texas Arlington.
Steve has been in real estate full-time
since 1990, is a past president of the
South Bend / Mishawaka MLS and served on
various committees and boards of the
Association of Realtors.
Bob has been in the real estate industry
since 1997. He holds the ABR
designation and the distinction as a
million dollar producer who serves both
St. Joseph and Elkhart counties in
Indiana.
Jim has 10 years
experience in real estate with almost 40
years in corporate world. He has been
married to same wonderful lady for 42
years and has 3 children and 9
grandchildren. Jim has been in the
Million Dollar Club for past 6 years and
has been awarded Top Sales Agent by
Prudential One for monthly production.

trust through diligent communication and
constant attention to details of the
sales process.
Jason has had his Salesperson License since
2001 and Brokers License since 2002. Jason is
active in Retail and Office Real Estate, and is
a Mishawaka City Councilman. Jason is a former
Rookie of the Year. He also sits on the South
Bend schools Building Trades Board of Directors.
Chuck has been servicing
customers in real estate since
1958. He has served as
president of the both the State
and Elkhart Chambers of
Commerce. Chuck also has a CRB
designation and specializes in
business opportunities in both
Indiana and Michigan.
Wes has been in real estate
since 1986. He holds the
distinction as Realtor of the
Year in 1999. Wes is the
President of the Elkhart County
Board of Realtors and is a past
president of the Elkhart County
MLS. He has been a member of
the Rotary since 1987 and has
been the company’s sales leader
15 out of 16 years.
Dave is the Manager of
Commercial Operations
for the Michigan
offices. He’s been an
agent since 1973 and a
broker since 1976. In
addition to the GRI
designation David holds
he is a member of the
local Kiwanis Club and
has served as its
president in the past.
He is a charter member
and past president of
the Sturgis Historical
Society and a member of
the Sturgis Improvement
Association (SIA) and
Economic Development
Committee (EDC).
